Young Executive Incubation Program is the program we specially designed for young talents who are willing to engage in corporate operation, wishing to become proficient in integrated management, and striving for success. This program aims at cultivating and scouting for diverse technical talents who possess leadership qualities. Through on-the-job training, comprehensive learning and the accumulation of professional skills and experiences, these talents will get hold of comprehensive understanding of corporate operation and business culture, taking up key corporate positions in the very soon future. Management trainees will understand the company overall management strategies, operation model, job requirement, communication channels and culture and will be assigned to designated branches to participate in on-the-job training. Moreover, trainees will be given numerous chances to take part in diversified courses and trainings both externally and internally to improve their personal qualities, skills and management abilities.

This training program also arranges experienced company management executives as mentors so that they can share their experience and opinion as well as offer support to trainees.

The program possesses the following characteristics:
1.Fast track career planning and growth;
2.Inter department job rotation opportunities;
3.Professional systematic training;
4.Trainees will undergo an integrative evaluation at the end of the program and be allocated to corresponding position according to the result

Recruitment Requirement:
 
• Bachelor of Mechanics, Internal combustion machines, heavy construction facilities, mining machines, construction machines, mechanisms, electronics, automation, vehicle engineering, business administration, human resources and finance or related discipline.
• CET-4,CET-6, level 4 or above of professional English studies, possess excellent English reading and writing skills (Please state clearly in resume if other qualifications like TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, TOEIC are available except result of level 6 and professional English studies).;
• Fast learner and strive for self development;
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, judgment and problem solving skills;
• Creative and a good team player, good customer service sense;
• Passionate, willing to take challenges and can work under pressure. Enthusiastic and responsible for self career
• Willing to accept being allocated to Guangdong, Huanan, Guangxi, Hainan, Jiangxi, Fujiang, Xijiang.
