1、销售管理 Sales Management
- 根据公司的发展目标，制定销售策略及计划；带领团队不断开发新客户，利用客户关系管理( CRM)系统，对销售团队进行管理；
According to the company's development goals to make sales strategy and action plan, lead the team to continuously develop new customers, use customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage sales team.
- 收集同行业商业情报，及时了解市场信息，调整销售策略；
Collect information intelligence in the industry, provide marketing information timely and adjust sales strategy.


2、产品技术服务支持 Product Support
- 技术专家：监管业务部门的技术支持，确保该团队为销售提供及时的服务；
As technical experts, oversee the technical support of the business units and ensure that the team provides timely service to sales.
- 协作者：为客户提供专业的售前售后服务咨询，并与卡特的工程师定期反馈问题，对机器图纸做技术交流。
As a Collaborator, provide professional pre-sales and after-sales service consultation to customers, and provide regular feedback to CAT’s engineer regarding product issue.

3、前线业务支持 Front-line business support
- 支持市场部、人力资源部、财务部、管理部等相关工作
Support marketing department, human resource department, finance department, management department etc.

任职条件:

1、2023届或2022届毕业生，本科或以上学历，机械类、电气类、管理类等相关专业；
. Degree holder or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Management or related disciplines of 2022 or 20232

2、CET- 4 500分，雅思6分，托福78分，多益700以上优先考虑。
With CET-4 500 or IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 78 or TOEIC 700 is preferred
