The functions of this position mainly focus on the HR operation support, HR project support and department administration.
岗位职责:
1. Assist HQ HR Operation Head to carry out annual HR audit plan; 2. Assist Operation Head in HR projects, e.g., HR Policies & Procedures Standardisation; 3. Assist Operation Head to manage local HR teams, day-to-day operations, annual HR plans/activities; 4. Collaborate with overall planning/organising of HR operations, HR continuous improvement, and data/information consolidation & analysis; 5. Maintain employee data and system authority; 6. Take charge of the department administration; 7. Other assignments by line manager.
任职条件:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, Management or related is preferred; 2. 1-3 years relevant working experience; 3. Skilled use of office software 4. Good English Reading & Writing; 5. Strong self-motivation in HR career development; 6. Active learning and independent thinking; 7. Excellent communication & collaboration; 8. High degree of team spirit and involvement; 9. Awareness of innovation & continuous improvement.
