Assistant the team head to achieve the budgeted sales targets and profit margin in HK Optimize the market share and defend the product leadership position Formulate the business plan and sales strategies of Parts & Service Sales Organize, lead and manage Parts & Service sales teams in achieving the budgeted sales targets and profit Identify, evaluate opportunities and execute the action plans to achieve the targets Lead and monitor the departmental performance through established KPIs in line with the company targets and goals Oversee and implement customer acquisition strategy, member engagement & communication strategy via online & offline channels, work closely with internal and external parties, including various business units and external vendors/agencies Analyze all drive efficiency and optimize result Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Bachelor degree or above in any field Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in managerial role Good data and customer analytics skill, able to Identify actionable insights about consumer behavior and drivers of business performance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Able to make strategic decision making in relation to business growth and expansion Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese with excellent writing and presentation skills
